convenient traveltube station
The room included a stovetop and microwave , made preparing meals easy. I appreciated the proximity to the tube station for convenient travel around the city.
The hot water was not consistent in temperature.

clean bathroomspacious room
The room was spacious. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was amazing. I enjoyed the rainfall shower head. I also appreciated the excellent kitchenette facilities as it came in handy. The TV setup was good too.
The refrigerator made some noise, though it was a minor issue.

Excellent stay
lush yogurtquiet roomessential utensils
breakfast offered really good quality food. i had a full english, cooked as i requested.. served hot. the granola starter impressed, served on greek yogurt with strawberry compote. the room was quiet, overlooking a garden. i almost forgot i was in kensington. it was a short walk from the albert hall and earl's court.
The air conditioning was centralized, so i could not switch it to heating. The only option was to turn it off.

the staff delivered extra milk to my room late at night. they were generally friendly, polite, and helpful . their responsiveness to requests.

i found the staff quite friendly and helpful. the hotel rooms had everything i needed for my stay. it was quiet. and well appointed.
i think the room amenities could be increased. there was no table and chairs to eat in our room. there was no luggage stand.
